This is a video showcasing the concrete polishing process for a dyed and polished residential concrete floor. This was done using an HTC 500 planetary grinder and polished to a high gloss finish. The initial grinding was done utilizing 60 grit metal bond diamond tooling. 3000 grit resin bond diamond tooling was used to produce the final polish. A lithium silicate densifier/hardener was used to assist in the polishing process. The dye was done using Ameripolish concrete dyes. The floor was sealed using a lithium densifier based polished concrete sealer and then burnished to the final finish using a high speed propane burnisher. Please visit our website for more info.
