Can women pour concrete? The simple answer to that is YES. I have two young women working for me pouring concrete patios, slabs, floors and much more. It doesn’t matter if they’re women or men, if they have a good work ethic, and you train them properly, anyone can pour and finish concrete.
This concrete patio was one of the first pours these two ladies poured when they started working for me. They wanted a good paying summer job so I asked them if they wanted to pour concrete. They said yes and I’m glad they did. Training people to work with concrete is just a matter of showing them the proper techniques, explaining them why we do it this way, and being patient with them as they learn.
If you don’t think women can do this job, I hope this video (and some of my other videos) show you that they most certainly can.
